1.Does this sauce contain gluten or MSG?
      No MSG, no gluten. Ingredients are: Water, anchovy extract, salt, sugar
2. '"does this need to be refrigerated after opening, how long will it last after opening,   thanks"
       says right on the bottle, Do not store product under refrigeration. Salt crystals may form in cold conditions. The exp. date on the bottles I got were for about a year from when I bought it. Mine will expire in June 2014.
 
3.What country is this from?
      Tiparos is a Thai Food Company. I assume it is Thai. This is the only brand we use.
4.How much sodium per tsp?
      I looked it up online. 690 mg sodium per teaspoon.
5.what is the sodium content
      I don't have a bottle at the moment to read and it may not say but I can tell you the stuff is saturated. It sometimes forms a salt crystal in the bottle. It is very salty.

 The best fish sauce ever!

                I was raised on this brand of fish sauce. To me, Tiparos is the greatest brand. You can't get any better than this. Add a couple squirts to raw eggs, then scramble them in a pan, and eat with fresh, hot, white rice. That's quick and delicious. Add some sugar, some water, mint cilantro and chilies and you'll have a staple of Thai cooking, serve that dressing with Spring rolls, Thai noodles and even brussels sprouts and you'll have a hit!
